My cat gave birth to 4 babies yesterday morning. I was petting her today and felt a bump in her stomach. I was feeling around and it feels like another baby. Her stomach is also still a little big. She is acting fine, and I dont know if I should take her into the vet, or let nature take its course. Has anyone had a cat have another baby after a day or so?

Well, then you would need to get the cat to a vet. They can get a deadly infection if there is something left inside. THen you would have to feed the kittens that are left.
Trip to the vet ASAP!!!!!!
Maybe you could spay it soon to so this doesn't happen again!!!

Definitely take your cat to the vet. If there is still a kitten in there, your cat could get sick and die. Even if she is acting fine now, by the time she stars acting like she doesn't feel well, it could be too late.

I'd just take her in to have her spayed. If they do it while she is pregnant then it costs extra but it is still cheaper than having to treat her if she gets an infection and have her spayed later.

cats are great at hiding pain so by the time she's to sick it will be to late, take her to the vet now if there's anything left inside she'll get sepsis and die very pain fully and then the kittens will have no mother. my grandmothers cat almost died this way as it was the cat was too sick and weak to care for her kittens so i had to do it, please spay your queen, then this will never happen again. and the litter will need to be desexed at 3 months as well. be responsible end the breeding with your cat .

The other kitten might not be ready yet to be born.Or the kitten inside could've died which would be very VERY painful for the mother cat.Or it could be just milk!Ready to give to her babies. But you should take her to the vet's immediately and first check what the bump is.

My neighbor's cat had kittens for 3 days. The first day she had one; the next day she had two; the third day she had one more. I would call your vet for advice on whether you should bring her in or not.

She would desire to be with the kittens countless the time yet no longer one hundred%. that's as much as her to settle on whilst she needs to flow to the clutter container or basically get faraway from them for countless minutes or greater. If she have been a wild cat this could be the case. She might make beneficial they have been in a hidden region then would desire to leave to seek for food. All mom cats flow their kittens and that they'll settle on that's the terrific and maximum secure spot for them. So do no longer attempt to make her use a nest you have made for her. in fact, it could make her somewhat worried. particularly if that nest is already crammed with the kittens' fragrance. A mom cat has the would desire to flow the kittens faraway from places to imbued with their scent because it attracts predators. basically attempt to dam get entry to to any places that are somewhat risky for kittens like in the back of the refrigerator. in any different case enable her flow them as normally as she feels in large condition and to the spots of her figuring out on. She would desire to be large handling her household projects on her very own.
