It sounds neurological. Better make a vet appointment. He may have a pinched nerve in his neck or back.
It could also be a siezure.

I don't know and neither does anyone else on here. We can guess - middle ear infection? Neurological problems? Poisoning? Mild seizures?

Take him to a vet if you want an actual answer, which hopefully you do.

Not enough info but if it started all of a sudden he might have had a stroke or a diabetic crash. take him to a vet to be checked out. If it is diabetes get him on a grain free food.

try looking into his ears or going and getting these pads from your local pet store, its where the topical medicines and shampoos are. they are wipes for cleaning inside the ear could be an ear infection or dogs are notorious for getting yeast infections down inside the ear. when you take a wipe and gently clean inside the ear and you bring up yellow or darkish colored stuff then they have an ear/yeast infection and should go and get some antibiotics from your vet..

Could be several things. I suggest you take your dog to a vet ASAP. It could be as simple as ear mites or as serious as a brain disorder.
