If you aren't safe where you are, is there a safe place for you to go? If you don't feel safe, call the police. There are laws to protect you, & they will enforce them. As the folks here said, go to the police right away. BUT... You also need to find out who his court appointed Lawyer is and tell the defender right away. They may be more likely to dig into the truth.
