Ok so i go to gymnastics lessons once a week, and on the other days i practice in my backyard. I usually do back handsprings and back tucks and also round off back handsprings. I usually go for about twenty minutes and then rest and then go for another twenty minutes. Is this ok? Do i need to increase or decrease time? Also, on average how many calories would be burned off by a back handspring or a series of them?

No, you are doing fine. Recommendations for healthy exercise is a minimum of 30 minutes 3 times a week.

In order to figure out the calories burned, a weight is needed. Please go to this wonderful site, enter your weight, choose the exercise from the pull down menu; click go. Then page down and pick the appropriate time frame and it will tell you how many calories you burned!
