What excercise burns the most calories and fat? I hear opinions about running, swimming, etc.. I already do heavy weightlifting so I have really good muscles which aid in burning the fat, but want to find a good cardio routine to help me out as well. Any Suggestions?

Try boxing, it's one of the most intense workouts you can give your body. And, it's a lot of fun.
