Is this normal i stoped my postpardom bleeding at week 5 my son is 8 weeks now. im having realy bad cramps its never this bad normaly.

My first period after my c-section came when my son was 4 months old. It was really painful. I remember thinking that I had never had cramps that bad. I am not sure if it was just my body getting back into the swing of things or what. But if it makes you feel any better, I had the same thing.

i have to agree with the first person also having the muscles cut open by c-section could cause weakness and therefore more painful cramps.. but check with your doctor to be sure.. there can be things that go wrong.

Some times women end up with harder periods after having children.
If you're concerned call your doctor.
