Your facial structure is based on genetics. You can't change what genetics gave you except via plastic surgery. Also, keep in mind that you are only 13 so your body isn't where it is going to be. Your face may slim down as you go through puberty but the basic structure will remain.

If you are female, you can go to a makeup artist and they can show you how to slim your cheeks and neck with makeup techniques.

You are already thin so losing weight is not an answer and, when you do lose weight, you have no control over where you lose it. You can't "spot reduce" so there is nothing you can do to make just your face and neck thinner.

Don't worry about it! No one is looking at you and saying, "Wow! He/she has fat cheeks!". When it comes to fat, people only notice fat bodies. Accentuate your facial positives and that will detract from what you see as your negatives. I'd be willing to bet though that no one else thinks you have "fat cheeks". We are our own worst critics.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
