I know of one in Pomona - it's called the Seven Seas. Nice place and nice music.

El Compadre is the best! Two locations in LA- in West Hollywood on Sunset across from Guitar Center and in Echo Park on Sunset close to Dodger Stadium. Live Mariachis are every night from 6 on and the margaritas are served on fire!

It's just outside of L.A. in Calabasas. You have to go for Sunday Brunch. I believe it's up to $28 dollars a person now, but well worth it. For brunch they have all you can eat buffet which includes anything from omelets, to Menudo, to sea food, and all the pastries you can think of. They also have live Mariachi and best of all, BOTTOMLESS MARGARITAS! Yep! when they mean bottomless, they mean bottomless! You take a few sips of your margarita, and the waiter is already filling up your glass again.

Mijares in Pasadena has it SOMETIMES but I dunno
If you want authentic go to Placita Olvera and go to the restaurants there I think it's called Golondrina .. They have stroling mariachis.. They aren't part of the restaurant they just go there.. on the outside patio.. but might only be there on weekends.. It's nice though it's worth it..
Camacho's on Citywalk has mariachis but only on weekends.. and I think Friday nights.. I think they are on stage..

There are hundreds.
There is one on the corner of Central Avenue and Florence.
It is pretty crowded there. A lot of customers and outside dinning.
