i dont think you should let it bother you thats not to serious but just make sure he knows for next time like just out of nowhere just be like how long have we been going out? and if he says the wrong thing then just tell him the right answer.

Don't worry about it, because all that really matters is that you're going out now and everybody is clear on that. If he felt that your relationship was more casual than you did two weeks ago (or if he just lost track of time), it doesn't really matter now.

It's only been 3 weeks. I would just correct him. Don't worry over it until you have been together for 1+ year and he doesnt know. Your relationship is still so new.
