Is there such thing as a blinking disease???

Like a person with close their eyes really tight for a few seconds randomly and cant help it???

No, there is no such thing as blinking disease. However, there are many diseases where blinking is a symptom so see your doctor to see if you have a problem. Some of the diseases are:
dry eye
spasms
anxiety
stroke
parkinson's disease
Bell's palsy
ptosis
and more.
