Is this fresh shredded beef, already cooked? If so, perhaps add some italian seasonings and tomatoes and garlic and cook it into a good sauce for pasta. Or add some BBQ sauce and make a BBQ pizza (put cheddar on top instead of mozzarella) or a sandwich. Add some veggies and potatoes or pasta and make a great soup.
Are you using it out of a jar? The dried shredded beef? If so, here is a recipe -- slice the shredded beef into strips. Heat some oil in the pan and fry it until it "frizzles" Stir in a couple of tablespoons of flour, and stir until bubbly. Slowly stir in 2-3 cups of milk. It will become thick, like gravy. Add a lot of black pepper and any other seasoning you like. Then serve over a biscuit or toast. This is quite good, although it is called "S*** on a Shingle" by those in the military.

Asparagus and Gruyere frittata

Serves 8
Beating the eggs for at least three minutes is essential to making this frittata puffy and light. A 10-inch nonstick pan will hold 1 1/2 dozen eggs.
18 eggs
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut on the diagonal into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons water
1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
1. Set oven at 350 degrees. Have on hand a 10-inch skillet with a heatproof handle and deep sides.
2. In a large deep bowl with a rotary egg beater or a very large whisk, beat the eggs with salt and pepper for 3 to 5 minutes or until they are pale and frothy.
3. In the skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter and cook the asparagus over medium-high heat for 1 minute.
4. Add the water and cook for 2 minutes more or until the water evaporates from the pan and the asparagus are tender.
5. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons butter to the pan. When it melts, pour in the eggs and lower the heat to medium. Cook the frittata for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the edges are set.
6. Sprinkle the frittata evenly with cheese. Transfer the pan to the oven and cook 10 to 12 minutes, or until it is puffed, golden, and the center is set. Cut into wedges. Keri Fisher

I don't have a recipe but you can try making a barbeque sauce and mixing the shredded beef with the bbq. Kind of like a pulled pork sandwich only it's beef.

Try Ropa Vieja. It's a Cuban dish that uses shredded beef. It's soooooo tasty. Here is one recipe I found. It is great.
Ropa Vieja recipe
2 1/2 lbs flank steak, cut in strips
5 tablespoons oil
2 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic or 5 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup water
6 ounces sofrito sauce
Heat 3 tbsp. oil in skillet on medium, brown meat on all sides. Remove from skillet, add remaining oil to skillet, stir in garlic, onion and green pepper and cook until translucent. Stir in black pepper, browned meat, tomato sauce, water and sofrito. Simmer until meat is tender and shreds easily, about 1 hour. Serve on top of rice.

Chicken Enchilada Casserole 1 (16 ounce) package sour cream 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup 1/4 cup diced onion 1 (8 ounce) can chili beans, drained 6 (12 inch) flour tortillas, cut into strips 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cooked and shredded 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. In a large bowl, mix sour cream, salsa, cream of chicken soup, onion and chili beans. 3. Layer the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with 1/3 tortilla strips. Top with 1/3 chicken, 1/3 sour cream mixture and 1/3 Cheddar cheese. Repeat layering with remaining ingredients. 4. Bake in the preheated oven 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. This is just something I do...
A Gyro...
Fry up the beef...drain it...let it cool. Pour Ranch dressing on it, chop lettuce and mix it in to taste and put it in a flatbread.

A Mexican breakfast favorite... easy and delicious for any time of day-
heat shredded beef in pan, add a couple eggs, chopped onions, bell peppers and tomato, scramble all together and continue to scramble until eggs are fully cooked (add salt and pepper to taste) and eat with side dishes of red rice and pinto beans.

French beef dip sandwich. You put it on a french roll w/ horseradish sauce, if you like and dip it in Au Jus sauce.
Beef taquitos. Beef and jalapeno jack cheese rolles in corn tortillas and fried w/ guacamole or salsa and sour cream.
BBQ Beef sandwich. Add BBQ sauce to meat, then pile on a bun or roll.

You could make rice or potatoes and serve it over them with gravy. You could fry some onion and mix with the beef. Then add about equal amounts sour cream and tomato paste to make a classical russian stroganoff.
