Has anyone heard of Safeguardmycredit.com?

I had never heard of them until their charges began to show up on my phone bill (land line). I know I'd never sign up for anything online so I know it wasn't me, but they refuse to reverse charges. Who can I contact to fight this charge?

Did you ask them to verify who and how you got signed up for it?

When you sent them that certified, return receipt letter tell them you did not order their service and to credit the charges. Insist they provide documentation on how and who ordered whatever their service is.

Send a copy of the letter to your phone company and instruct them to remove the charges from your bill.

I got hit with a $15 charge on my phone bill last month (different company). The username that "ordered" the service came from MySpace. Charging phone bills could be the new scam. It is harder to get the charges removed.

https://www.idataworx.com/

you must have hit something without realizing that you
signed up for it. Put it in WRITING send it registered
Mail and CANCEL the Membership. They don't have
to credit you (although they should) but get it cancelled

Why your phone bill though? Usually a credit card.

Otherwise consult a lawyer and sue them back

That's the only site that came up if you do a search
for safequardmycredit.com
