That's absolutely ridiculous. I'd be surprised if 1 out of 100 was a legitimate combat veteran. (I'm sure that lots of the cowards on the internet, and especially with MoveOn, CLAIM they're veterans, and do not have to provide proof of such a claim).

The majority of people that I've met over the years that claimed to have done x and y in the military are either full of crap or are grossly exaggerating. They do this to legitimize their stupid political beliefs. It's a real shame they do this at the expense of those of us who have served, and more importantly, those who have been badly wounded or have given their lives. This is simply inexcusable.

In fact, two nights ago while out with a few friends talking shop at a bar, some drunk guy in his early 30's approached and told us that he was with the Airborne. Having been to Airborne school, I asked when and where he went thru. Not suprisingly, he was full of crap, and ended up getting *****-slapped and thrown face first out of the bar... and he should thank God that's all that happened to him.

A cautionary note to all you bullsh*tters: Keep telling lies, and eventually, you will get caught by someone who will hurt you really bad. I've probably seen this happen, personally, 12 or 15 times in the last 8 or so years.

On what show on CNN did you hear this? Just curious.

No way. The only combat the members of that group may have seen was when the food service worker accidentally put cinnamon on top of their latte.

No, but im sure they have tried to claim it's true.

MoveOn was started by the looney left,

To say what they really believe,

But don't have the guts, to say themselves.
