No more parting of the seas, no more deluges, no sun stopping in the sky, no angels or wandering stars being viewed by the public, no golden chariots of fire, no cities of sinners burned to their foundations, no water turned into wine....
Could it be it's all fake, and that it came from the imagination of meek goat herders from the bronze age?
Or could it be we're no longer worthy of all that magic?
I'm yet to see a single video or scientifically-tested account of such "miracles".
A baby? A sunset? An eclipse? Someone healing after a terminal cancer? Those are NOT miracles, those can be easily explained by science.
I'm talking about those great Biblical showers of sparks.....

The Apostles was given the power to perform miracles in order to convince the newly baptized people that God's spirit was in fact with Jesus followers. Once the congregations were formed and the good news of God's Kingdom became established it would not be necessary to to give more proof over and over again.
So when the last Apostle died that was the end of the miracles performed as brought
out in 1Cor 12:29,30; 13:8,13 As you will read those gifts were done away with.
But the Pericles's qualities that are the fruitage of God's spirit would still be manifested in the lives of true Christan's today.
Out of all the miracles we hear about that the churches claim, then if they really have God's spirit to perform miracles then tell them "to raise the dead".

Only certain people witnessed or were involved in the past miracles. The story of them was hearsay to the other people or written down in the bible. It wasn't like they had CNN reporters showing them on the 5:00 news. Or better yet, sometimes there were few survivors of the miracles, like the flood, or the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. The stories were passed on until they were written down, as we know them today.
Soon there are going to be more miracles, and then what will you do? As the bible says, you will be looking for a big rock to hide under. The people in Noah's day believed when it started to rain, and rain, and rain (It had never rained before). But it was too late, the ark's door was closed and locked.
The survivors will retell the story and someone will write it down.

It appears that miracles were rare even in Biblical times. Usually a prophet was given the power to work miracles in order to prove that he was really speaking for God, and not just making stuff up.
Miracles quit happening because God finished his book -- for now at least.

People are still trying to expain the "great miracles" by "science" or conjecture.
By asking your question do you imply that you believe these miracles really did happen by God's hands?
If you did believe them, then you probably would also see the miracles that God is still doing.

It could be that it's all fake...and It wouldn't be goat herders because goats are seen as evil, and sheep are those that God loves...so they would be sheep herders...
There are miracles happening all the time...and no, not the baby, sunset, eclipse, etc...but many things...just because they're not big like those doesn't mean anything.
Also...who says there aren't angels? And wandering stars? Ever see a "shooting star"??
As far was the city of sinners being burned, Jesus said God would have his vengence at the end of times and would not do anything else to harm us...

But more than the miracles
gave evidence that God sent them.
The Bible was recorded for a written record,
for all mankind.
To help us, guides us, direct us, give comfort,
it gives practical, & incomparable wisdom.
Jehovah's 4 main attributes are
Power, Justice, Wisdom and Love
To deepen our appreciation for these things,
Jehovah preserved in the Bible a record demonstrating
what happens when individuals & nations listen to God
& work in harmony w/ His purpose,
as well as the outcome when they go their own way.
Jesus Christ, the Son of God is a living example for us,
a model to follow after.
Jesus was a perfect reflection of his God & Father in heaven.
The miracles he performed had a purpose.
The same as his illustrations & parables.
The way he taught, as well as what he did,
all had meaning.
He is the one to pay attention to
if u want to survive Armageddon.
The same as the copper serpent
in the wilderness w/ the Israelites.
This is all we get,
we don't need more,
except a humble heart,

A Guarantee of Freedom from danger
to 1's person or property~~Mic 4:4; Ps 37:10,11.
Cause righteousness & justice to prevail~~2 Pet. 3:13; Isa 11:3-5.
Mankind will be safeguarded from injury due to natural forces~~Mark 4:37-41.
Resurrection of the dead~~ John 5:28,29;
Rev 20:12; Rom 6:7.
The removal of all death due to inheritance of Adamic sin~~Isa 25:8; Rev 21:4.
A world provided in which ppl genuinely love 1 another~~John 13:35.
Animals & humans will be in
harmonious relationships~~Isa 11:6-9.
The Earth Will Be A Paradise~~Luke 23:43; Ps 98;7-9.

I have experienced miracles. These things cannot be scientifically proved when GOD uses nature and through it, how can it be scientifically described as anything but an 'aberation'? Can you prove you have a spirit? IF not, what makes you alive? When people die, why don't they continue to move, breathe and live? If your mind is closed, you're unlikey to see or experience one anyway.
Besides, science is a way to study nature by the rules of nature. Cause and effect. Not of spirit.
