I would visit a local Catholic parish and ask to talk to a Priest. You will probably need to receive the sacraments of confirmation, reconciliation and holy communion since the church of england does not have a valid eucharist.

You will want to talk to someone about the RCIA process - Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults. The process is used for all adults converting to Catholicism, whether they are in a situation like yours and have already been baptized in the Christian faith or whether they have never been baptized.
The process usually takes about 6-8 months, and in most churches, it starts in the autumn. Most of the time, the actually rites of initiation (which in your case, I think, would be Confirmation and Eucharist) take place at the Easter Vigil.
Find a church that you like attending and call the office to speak to the director of RCIA or Adult Formation.

If you are interested in joining or just learning more about the Catholic Church, contact your local parish and ask about information about their RCIA Inquiry group.
You can go and ask any questions you want.
This is the first step in RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) but you can stop at any time.
There is no obligation to become a Catholic.
With love and prayers in Christ.

Your Baptism is considered valid by Rome....but - you may still have to take classes and be conditionally Confirmed again. Go, ask a local Roman Vicar.
