How I live my life is up to me. If I speak out about who I am, that's not forcing anything on anyone else. It's just expressing who and what I am and saying there’s nothing wrong with me. I’ve seen many people on Yahoo answers, that call my way of life perverted. Others have gone as far as to say we should be wiped off the face of the earth. And, you people call yourself tolerant. There's nothing abnormal or wrong about my lifestyle. There are still countries in the world where people like me are put to death just for being who we are. Certainly, in a country like America, where we are slowly getting beyond these prejudices, such hate should not still exist. I will not try to change to suit you. I am who I am. I am a Christian. And, I guess you’re right. It is a choice. And no…it can’t be forced on you. You must except it on your own.

The way I see it, God left His word for Us to interpret,
He made us human and falible, he made us all diffrent, and each with a diffrent capacity,

He specifically says, NOT to take the words of another

he wants US to read , learn, know and Love Him through His messages which He left here for us.

If he left us the Gift of a brain which has the capacity to Grow and Develop and Change, Why then would his word NOT also Change and Grow.

Like the message above, At first glance it seems he is saying one thing, but at second glance it may be another.

I am certain, that there is only one God,

Fortunately for Me God Does Not discriminate, he doesn't have Favorites,

He wouldn't give us the power to Choose, and think and rationalize,

He wouldn't encourage tolerance, Acceptance and Love for humanity,

And then accept , and tolerate, Disunity, and unfair behavior

People state their religion like it was a CLICK, a special group you need to be a part of, and then exclude anyone that THEY NOT GOD, don't want to tolerate.

Love your Fellow man - Except for Gays, Bi sexuals, transgendered, Theifs, murders, muslims, Catholics,Mormons
, Blacks, Jews, Sinners, athiests, Did I leave anyone out?

I don't know what will happen to me when its my time, But you can rest assured, that NONE OF YOU , NOR I , are free of sin
So where ever we end up it'll all be together AGAIN

So Look at the faces to the left and right, cause you'll be seeing them again.

Of that you can rest assured....

because there are NONE of Us Sin free,
And yes God Forgives,

But he is less tolerant of those that are intolerant

Less loving to those that Don't Love

So OPEN your heart and drain it of the Poison thats been spewing out.

READ the BIBLE,

Don't just make things up as you go along.

Good Luck

Meg

The beauty of America is, we are a nation that is *supposed* to embrace freedom. Freedom includes living an "alternative lifestyle" if you choose to be. In fact, you can do anything, so long as it does not impede on others' freedoms, and may I add that there is no such thing as the freedom to oppress (which is what the right-wingers fight for when they talk about loving freedom).

How can you deny the people your are writing to the right to believe what they want and to express it?

Prejudice is a two way street. Or do you believe that you are the only one who should have rights?

Well I love how you generalize...I guess you don't want this Christian defending you anymore?? Well if that's what you want....

-----------------

Waaaaiiiit.....at first I thought this was a gay saying that bad things about Christians.....but is this a Christian saying bad things against non-believers?

WOW!!! I guess I'm just programmed by the media to not expect Christians to stand up for their beliefs...

It is all up to you. You chose to be the way you are knowing what the general public thinks of your behavior. It was your choice, so you knew what would be said about you. God does not condemn His creation. He only condemns what has been done by one denying His creation and blaming Him for our evil choice.

Honestly, you are correct that what you do is your business. However, just as it is someone's right to say, "Hey I'm Gay", it is my right to say "Good" or "Yuck" or nothing at all.

Honestly I am Christian, as such I don't agree with such choices as Homosexuality. This simply means that I feel that way. It is no different than someone deciding to be muslim. They are deciding to live a way I choose not to live.

I have been around, talked with, etc. people who do, or probably did, pursue homosexuality. Since they don't put it in my face, there is rarely if ever a reason for me to put my feelings about it in theirs.

When will you alternate lifestyle people learn to accept those who refuse to agree with you?
You know? Those who know that the alternate lifestyle is a choice?

why do you need to speak out about who you are to people that couldn't care less? are you insecure about your beliefs? no offense, but tell someone who cares. personal beliefs are personal.
and if you're speaking out to tell others you are right and they are wrong, or that there's only one truth, or how much better off they'd be if they believed like you, or that they're going to hell or whatever, then yes, that is forcing something on someone else.
yes, how you live your life is up to you. so why do you feel like others have to listen to you talk about it?

being gay is not a choice, people. no big duh.

Because I am my brother's keeper and it is my responsibility to teach you the Truth that you might inherit eternal salvation.

3For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; 4Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
