I lost over 10 pounds in less than a month (which is considered healthy) by simply adding apple cider vinegar to my diet. I didn't change anything else. Read my article to see how at http://www.associatedcontent.com/article... Maybe you can use this in addition to whatever else you are trying (remember to stay moderate and be healthy)!

The word you want is "lose," not "loose." People have loose change in their pocket; they diet to lose weight.

That said, just eat lean proteins and as many low-calorie veggies as you want, including salad leafies. The weight will fall off of you. Use olive oil sparingly on your salads. Find low-calorie sauces and use chicken broth to make low-calorie soups.

Glad to see you won't be going the diet pill route. Take a multivitamin and some fish oil caps every day, lean proteins and veggies, and you're good to go.

I would love to answer this question! First of all following my plan will help you lose weight without starving yourself. It is true that you have to eat a little and try to execise, but whatwver you do dont starve yourself, cause that will just motivate you to start eating more! All you do is for breakfast eat cereal and avoid baegals, for lunch eat a 6 inch subway sandwich (this part is important), and for dinner eat a little proportion of meat and avoid rice. It will take you a couple of months to lose weight this way but it worked for me!

Walk 2 miles every other day

Running and sit ups.

walking does not burn many calories. it is better to run a half a mile as fast as you can, than to walk two.
