i shower every day and do laundry every week, always wear clean clothes.

I don't know if it is the new lotion i am wearing (it kinda smells strong) or i have a serious b.o problem. I'm thinking it might be the lotion, but other wise.. how do i get rid of the b.o? I use Secret deodorant and i don't put on spray because when it mixes with my sweat it smells like crap.
I have gym in the morning for school and i sweat a lot.. how can i help this problem?

Try to stop using the lotion or same deodorant for a while and check if they are causing the body odor. If not you can try the following solutions recommended for those who sweats a lot :

Method 1:
Boil a few stalks (estimate 8-10 stalks depending on its size) of lemongrass (slight crush the head of lemongrass stalk for it aroma to release easily) in a pot of hot water. Prepare a bath tub filled with warm running water, and pour the whole pot of boiled lemongrass water including the stalks into the bath tub. Squeeze 2 whole kaffir lime fruit into the bath tub, throw the skin into the bath tub as well. You may also substitute kaffir lime fruit with bergamot. Sit and bathe in the bath tub for 20 minute daily for the few days.

Method 2:
Fill up bath tub with warm water, add 5-8 drops of Tea tree oil, 5-8 drops of Peppermint essential oil and 5-8 drops of Eucalytus essential oil. Sit and bathe in the bath tub for 20 minute daily for the few days.

Method 3: (If only your armpits are causing the bad odor)
Dampen a clean piece of soft cloth / disposable facial cotton pads, add 3-5 drops of Tea tree oil onto it and gently wipe on the armpit area twice a day. Make sure you do not do it immediately after shaving, or it will cause irritation or burning sensation to the sensitive skin area.

Tea tree oil deoderant in a roll on, this is brilliant for anyone who plays a lot of heavy duty sports and sweats a lot, it works when you sweat it heats up and releases the tea tree scent which is like a fresh pine smell.

Try a different deoderant. I like dove fresh sent. Then try switching your perfume or lotions. Sometimes they do mix with bo and doesnt smell good. If that still doesnt work, maybe you need to switch what you are eating. Mayeb you are eating alot of garlic, or a strong smelling food.

It's possible that your sweat is mixing w/ the fragrance in the lotion & creating a smell.

Switch to fragrance free lotion.
