Isn't this against your faith to sell these things?

Good question!

All i can say is yes it is aginst our faith to sell such things. I cant' really answer why they sell them because I'm not one of them. However a practising Muslim who fears and obeys Allah (SWT) (God) the proper way wouldn't do do this.

Well then these Muslims aren't following the religion properly. So many Christians own casinos, strip clubs, pornography and sex toy stores, liquor stores, etc. but I am not foolish enough to think that what they are doing is Christian-like. How come when one Muslim does something against his religion, people get all hyped and start labeling and questioning things, while there are millions of Christians engaging in illegal conduct as we speak? I am sure there are far more Christians and others who are filling up all these strip joints, clubs, brothels, bars, etc. Why is it SO much more likely that a Christian drinks alcohol than any given Muslim? Or that they have engaged or will engage in premarital sex? I think it is far more likely for Christians to be doing these things, and I am sure you do too deep inside.

So I ask you:

Why do some Christians allow their shops to sell pornographic mags and alcohol? And have premarital sex? And do drugs? And drink alcohol? And dress all skimpy and open? And the list goes ON AND ON. Are you telling me that such things AREN'T forbidden in Christianity?? Because, living in the USA, that's what I'm starting to believe.

Why do some Christians allow their shops to sell the same things?

Because it sells. Capitalism is the new religion.

No kidding, by my house there is a Muslim run liqueur store with porno mags, movies and bongs.

The only thing high and mighty there is the almighty dollar.

Can't have a seller without a buyer. Statistics show that pornography increases at hotels during preacher conventions. It is a shame that the people who peddle religion don't really believe in it either.

money and personal gain have taken over morals and religious believes.
or it could be purley because they know that we live in a society where people consum alot of alcohol they are not necesarily consumin it themselves to to other muslims but to the rest of society who don't share their beliefs.

because it's OK to sell those things to non-muslims, who actually buy them. And they want to make a buck.
