You don't qualify to be a medical student, even if by some miracle the dream act passed, you still wouldn't qualify. Anyone with a brain can see that you are too illiterate to be a doctor.

Why tell lies?

At age 26 I earned my Master of Science in nursing, while working after finishing undergraduate studies, starting my family and helping my father manage the family farm.
No short cuts. A lot of hard work along the way.

I am tired too, of hearing people whine about "long path to be legal". Dreams are not just handed to you. It requires work, planning, diligence and perseverance. So if you want yours to become a reality, get up and get to work. Do what it takes to acquire legal status. Or go back to Mexico, enrol in a university there and study, study, study.

Guadalajara has one of the greatest medical schools around. I know several American doctors that went there. You can make your dream come true in your country if this one isn't giving you the opportunity you deserve.

How old are you? Over 18? Then make your own choices for you. Don't let anything get in the way of your dreams. Including family. Everyone has to make his or her own choices and if you decide you want to go home - then they will come around when they see you happy working at what you want.

Dream act won't pass. Best thing to do is go back and immigrate the legal way. It will be worth it in the end.

You are right - the Dream Act will not pass. I would think your loved ones would want you to be legal, but what do I know.
