I notice that also. I don't know if it is coincidence but some of the first RCR / DEI engines were suppose to come out around now (October) if I remember correct.

I much more lean toward your idea though. Seems suspicious. Maybe look for one to blow this week at Talladega and that will tell you if she tried to take his last major hope of winning from him.

Yeah that is so funny I can't stop laughing. I'ld have to blame that on DEI not the driver. Maybe Junior is too hard on his cars. That's what everyone always told me when I was a street racer, but I built my own and I won enough to become a local legend. Junior is going to be a winner next year, He can make a car move. I think DEI has incapable mechanics. There's ways around everything. I'm glad Junior is going to Hendrick Motor Sports. They build better machines.

Things that make you go hmmmm! We can't all be wrong that something was amiss. Junior ran just as hard after he was out of the Chase & the engines are holding up. It sure does make you wonder.

I know. And what about him taking out Kyle Bush. He's already making Rick Hendricks mad. Although Kyle may be leaving there he is a championship contender and he is still making money for that team. I don't think Rick realizes he has hired an individual for his team.

Just as his father before him, Junior, will always have the haters, and blinded, forgetful, fans of other racers, who claim that their racer never wrecks anyone, (like Kyle busch did Junior at Texas), let me just inject this,"once I went to enter a store, and opened the door for a pretty lady" some guy standing there notices that my tags aren't local or from his state, and says this "we don't like you Va. boys coming here and flirting with our women"(guess he owned them all), before I could say anything, he punches me and it knocked me back, so I returned the favor, and floored him. My gf, when i got back into my truck says, "oh, you just had to hit him back, huh", and I said, " don't know about what women do in that situation, but I was taught not to start fights, but not to ever back away from one".
With that said, I think every fan needs to realize, including myself, that we only really see what we choose to. But, "what comes around, also goes around"..... If you wreck me, hit me, one moment will come when I have the choice of repayment, or forgiveness, and I'll most likely take repayment in kind as my choice. I always like to know whether those that dish it out, can take it as bad as they give it...
As for the "conspiracy", those who know better, understand that no one could build an engine to last until the final 7 laps before it blew. Racers blow engines, every racer has blown his engine, granted, Dale had some bad luck going on, but to all of the nay sayers out there, 2 years in a row, NASCAR's penalties have kept Dale out of the Chase, and if they had dealt Edwards the same point penalty they gave Dale earlier this year, he'd be last in the points.
