Highly doubtful, and probably no.
Cancer has many causes and some forms of cervical cancer can cause cancer in women; we recently discovered a vaccine for it.
Most cancer is caused by other factors, an irritant or infection, radiation or some sort of imbalance that causes too many cells to grow and when that gets out of hand they start becoming deformed and a cancer is the result. There is no one cause of cancer so the chances of you being exposed by physical contact is very slim. In fact it is only possible if the cancer was caused by a virus, if the virus was still alive, and if it somehow entered your body by either exposure to your blood stream through a cut or by touching your eyes, mouth or nose and it getting absorbed that way. Even then the chances of it surviving are pretty slim.
If you washed your hands after touching the sample then that would bring the chances to about zero instead of 0.001% or less.

No. Cancer involves a change in a person's DNA . . it is specific to an individual . . consider this . . if you touch someones bloody arm you won't grow another arm, if you touch someones bloody leg you won't grow another leg .. a tumor is specific to one person because it is their cell and their DNA that was altered . . it is NOT a foreign object inside the body. The body considers a malignant tumor just another type of arm, leg, kidney, colon, etc . . . cancerous cells are a part of that person that has for some unknown reason changed the DNA of the cell.
Cancer is unique to each person.

On general principle, no. While contagious cancers DO exist, I don't know if any are known in humans. Consider that the chances of this happening are about the same as the chances of being struck by lightning and eaten by a shark at the same time.

No, cancers are not contagious. Though many other diseases are so I'd be careful whose blood you're touching without wearing gloves.

hello?I don't thank that you can really get cancer from touching someone Else's blood, Its not likee a thing that spreads lik,e that you might be thanking about something like HIV and AIDS but not cancer, But what can cause cancer is blood clocks, when a person puts hickeys on another person those are blood clogs and those cause cancer.
