could we just be an experiment gone horribly wrong by some distant aliens or whatnot and they dropped off our earliest ancestors ( maybe even an ape) and we just grew and evolved into the mess we are today?

I truley admire your theory. And I gotta say, I think of thinkgs similiar to this. The truth is there is no known truth. Even if scientists have "proof" that we werent planted here, they certainly werent around when it happened, so we truley cant know for sure.

If we descended from these apes, left on Earth by aliens, how come there are still apes around? The fact is, we are a creation by God that took a, temporary, different course to answer a question that was brought up by His enemy...Do we need God rule our lives and to continue living? This question has already been answer. Therefore, God is giving all of us the opportunity to enjoy life the way He wanted us to enjoy life originally, but you must make a decision and show Him who you are loyal to. Are you loyal to God or Satan?

No the bacteria that can only live in the human digestive tract will one day be a interglactic super race in 100 billion years. They will be able to play chess with the creator.

I choose to believe that we are not some horrible mess...well we can make ourselves a horrible mess. Mankind is not an accident or a mistake...if you choose to blieve it "God does not make mistakes" He designed mankind to prosper and succeed, He also made us with free will so ergo the mess! The mistake most of us make is failure to trust.
So maybe you don't believe in God, but you believe in love right...so when we fail to love ergo the mess!

Haha. Good question. I actually think that aliens are humans who figured they'd make another planet their home, then evolved to only live on that planet. They try to come home every now and then to find family. Lol. In other words, I don't think so.
