Don't know what employers might think or feel when they hear it or when they see it on an application but my friend has great worker, and has alot of experience, he ran into a snag and now is on probation.

Comments and any employers would be helpful.

He can apply anywhere. He is going to have problems, persistence is key. Also, be upfront and honest. If he tries to hide it, he will have more issues. His probation officer might be able to help as well.

The probation officer might have some ideas of local employers who hire probationers. Try telemarketing.

Just about every place I've worked there has been someone on probation. I don't see it being a problem.

you can apply anywhere you want. most employers only want to know if it was a felony or more, if it was a minor infraction she does not need to tell them. unless they ask specifically, in that case it is better to be honest and if they are a good company they won't hold it against her
