Nope. It just cleans your registry & the recycle bin. I've been using it for a long time now & its a great program. What may happen though is that it cleans your internet cookies, so that passwords gets erase.

I use this program and it will mot touch any of your personal data or photos plus there is a check list to mark what you want to clean and in options make sure you choose DOB 3 passes takes a little longer to clean but doesn't leave behing any fragments of data

It will show you the list of files to be cleaned and their location, you may unselect anything you do not want it to delete, also, per default, it will not go looking in My Documents.
