I've looked at all the recipe sites, but can not decide, lol!
I'm open to any ideas with any type meat and just would like to know what you like so I can get started.

any kind of meat is great marinated in pineapple juice and your favorite grill seasoning, I use montreal chicken/steak grill seasoning. Pineapples naturally have enzymes that tenderize the meat so you don't want to marinate for more than 1 hour and it goes good with any barbecue sauce. grilling pineapple rings or long wedges basted with barbecue sauce is super yummy

Marinate TriTip in Strong Black Coffee, Minced Garlic, Parsley, salt and pepper (at least 30 minutes) Grill or use your grille's rotisserie for an amazing crusted TriTip. Cook to between 145 and 160 for best tenderness (about medium rare to medium) - Use the marinade to "mop" the steak and keep the rich smokey flavor of the coffee going. This is a family favorite - ENJOY!

HONEY GRILLED PORK CHOPS

8-10 extra thin sliced pork chops
2 cups honey (use more if needed)
soy sauce

These chops may be grilled or baked in the oven. Grilling on the BBQ is the best.
Pour honey in a bowl. Add soy sauce until sauce is a syrupy consistancy. Place chops in a bowl or cake pan and cover with sauce. (Place balance of sauce in a sauce pan.)

Let the chops marinate for as long as you wish. They can marinate all day for a stronger flavor or they can be dipped and grilled. Either way works.

Turn the sauce in the pan on low heat.

Place chops on grill, brushing left over marinade onto chops as needed.

Cook until cooked all the way thru. Chops may be baked in oven.

When chops are finished, pour sauce from the pan into a pouring dish (sauce will be thin) and as chops are served the sauce can be added as each person desires.

Take a chicken breast, slice it lengthwards on the side, making a pocket. Fill it with slices of cheese and slices of ham, then wrap in foil. Grill for approx 20 mins or until the chicken is cooked.

I marinade eggplant and zucchini slices in Italian salad dressing for a few hours and grill. So simple and so delicious! Makes great grilled veggie sandwiches.

I love when we get boneless country style pork strips and we grill them with lots of BBQ sauce. There's a lot of fat in the pork, but that just adds flavor!
