No, not at all. It means you have not eaten enough food to fulfill your apetite. It has nothing to do with amount of calories, it is related with the amount/quantity/volume of food you consume. You can eat a 400 calorie ice cream cone and still be starving because you didn't eat enough to satisfy your apetite but you still haven't burned all of the calories you have eaten that were in that ice cream cone...Do you understand?

No - it means your stomach needs more food because its not full or is empty and stomach acid has nothing to process.
Eating more protein and adding healthy fats to your diet will keep it full longer - it takes longer time to process them.
