Do you mean people who purport to be Christian, yet condemn and judge and adhere to fundamentalism? In the past I have ignored their manipulations as best I could during the day and prayed a LOT for them at home.
Luckily now, I work with Christians and atheists and no one is fundamentalist.

seeing that the hypocrites are the christians I would assume they would deal with them at work the same way they deal with them at church....
the only thing hypocritical about a non christian is that we sometime pretend to get along with you to keep the peace.. we can stop that if you like

I have not always been a good christian, now I'm just being the best I can be, but one time I had an office partner that lied and lied. He had a bible in his office for people to see.
I stole his bible and told him that he would never see it until he cleaned up his act. Not sure if that was right, but it worked.
oh yeah, give a neg??

How other people choose to behave is none of my business. Just because I'm a Christian doesn't mean that I have a right to set myself up as anybody's judge or moral guardian. As long as their actions are not directly harming anyone, they have a right to behave as they wish. Their behavior is their own responsibility.

Easy, deal with them as peers. Just this little post indicates you place yourself above others, isn't hubris a sin?

Hello,
Let them know how it is and call them to task on their hypocrisy. You should not kiss their butts and pretend not to notice even if they are your boss who may well fire you. After all a job change is not as bad as being burned alive or thrown to wild beasts is it?
Cheers,
Michael
