How do I tell a girl that I like her?

Yes this is about the same girl from my other question.

So I've decided to finally tell her that I like her (a lot). I have a hunch that she likes me too. Well, she likes my hair, (looks at avatar). We sometimes have one of those things where I look at her only to see that she's looking at me. She's a very cheerful girl (most of the time). She often says "I love you" jokingly to most guys in our class (including me). A friend of mine said that before I got to school once or twice she was asking him about me. This was more visable before. I know that sometimes when you like someone the feeling goes away
and you stop liking them. I just hope I'm not too late, I'd probably be really depressed if I was. I also don't wanna look like an idiot. So can someone help me out? Should I do it? Do you think she still likes me?

start a conversation with her , flirt with her , ask her to go somwhere with you, borrow a pencil to make conversation even if she stop liking you she can start again go for it!!! dont be shy.

...... It happen to me too. When I see her that she seen not like me... I have to keep going... I mean I don't know how to tell my firend of girl "What wrong?" But I get my brave to ask... I asked her. "Hey what wrong, you look in no mood." Then she talk me. I gald that she not mad/hate me. So when If it happen, Just try ask or just let her tell you as ask. As firend... When It happen to me as too late, I will be unhappy as my picture on avatar. He's not me.

It sounds like she likes you, or at least used to like you. Even if she doesn’t like you anymore you should try flirt with her. Maybe she gave you up, because you didn’t show didn’t seem interested enough? If she responds positively to your flirting you should ask her out..
