Mine only shows inches and centimeters.
I perhaps need a rap across the knuckles with it, but what is a 2 day rule?
Is it the length of time it takes a woman to take control?

Don't want to seem too eager, or seem uninterested. Don't want to look like I came home from the date and ran to the phone, don't want to seem like I put her out of my mind for a week and decided to make a booty-call.
Somewhere in between is the right time to call. Some guys call when it feels like the right time, some create rules. Doesn't matter, there's very little chance we'll get it right.
There's no right answer. For most people there's no adequate answer. You'll be much happier if you don't expect this to make sense.

Actually, I've heard it was 3 days, and some dude decided if he called too soon he'd appear desperate (or maybe some chick told him that) so it was decided that waiting a few days would maintain the appearance of interest, but not TOO much interest.
It's stupid...people should call if they want to call, and not call if they don't. Stuff like that causes more issues than it helps anyway...

The reason is to not seem too interested, or to just have some sex and move on, and not get attached, I personally don't follow this rule and think it is stupid, but that is why a lot of people follow it

We don't, some dumb people made that up. If we like you there's nothing that stops us from calling. If we don't it could be the 100 day rule.

I called my girlfriend the next day for a date the next day. We have been together 7.5 years. Rules are stupid...do the right thing.
