I can see, that american website has a lot of demos, when I enter it from my PS3 browser, but since I'm not from US, darn thing doesn't let me download them (probably IP check). Where and how can I download those demos with my PC?

You cannot download PS3 demos with your PC.
I'm not sure which website you are referring to. The only Sony website I see that mentions demos is the Playstation Store. And even in the US, you can't download them onto the PC. You have to go to the Network on your PS3. Don't go to your web browser, there should be an icon for the Network.
