Hi!!! The correct translation is "Ud." ( abreviation for Usted) singular. "Ustedes" is the correct way when you speak in plural.
"Son las tres menos cuarto".
Hope i´ve been helpful.

Son las tres menos cuarto, or you could run into it like this:

It's the abreviation for "ustedes". It's plural form. It means you. It's formal. When you are with friends, for instance, you must use informal, then you say "vosotros". It means you too.
The second is "Son las tres menos cuarto"
I'm Spanish

"Usd" is wrong. It is Uds.: is the abbreviation of "Ustedes" (2nd plural person in Spanish, or "Vosotros" in its formal use).
And it is "Son las tres menos cuarto" or "Falta un cuarto para las tres" or "Faltan quince minutos para las tres"
