I am a healthy 27 year old male, and want desperately to reach out and help a fellow person in need. Christ has blessed me recently when it came to the health of one of my children and this morning I feel as though He gave me a sign as to how I can repay his blessing.

First of all I wish to pay my best regards to you for this generous decision. You will not save one life, but one family.
If you go to a centre dealing with renal transplantation, they will first do a check up to make sure your both kidneys are doing fine. Then they will do many tests for fitness, blood grouping and tissue typing to know which patient will accept your kidney.
All the best & God bless you!

I have no idea but I wanted to say God bless you and that I think that is an amazing thing to do. You have inspired me to do the same so I will be checking back to see the answer and if you get one that is right could you put it in your response?

I would talk with your family physician if this is truly something you would like to do. I do believe there is testing to be done and matching you to a person that can accept one of your kidneys.

Find the right kind of woman. When you wake up in a bathtub full of ice, read the note.
