I don't think Wendy's has a team in NASCAR...Below is the only info I could find on the subject.

Wendy's is leveraging Coca-Cola's Nascar sponsorship with a piggy-back promotion designed to drive combo sales and the chain's signature upsized "Great Biggy" fries and beverages.
With a peel-and-win game piece on "Great Biggy" fry packs, the "Race into Wendy's" promo dangles instant-win Coke and Wendy's products, Nascar merchandise and, the grand prize, a $100,000 customized Fleetwood RV and trips to any eight races on the Nascar circuit. The program, slated to run late June through July, will hit during a promotional window for Wendy's, supported locally as dictated by franchisees on tags, via agency Bates USA, N.Y.
Coke activated its Nascar sponsorship this season with a "Coca-Cola Racing Family Reunion," an under-the-cap promo that offered shots at a cruise around the Atlanta Motor Speedway with one of eight Coke-sponsored drivers. The drivers will also be featured in the Wendy's promo, except for those already sponsored by rivals McDonald's and Burger King.

Wendy's has never sponsored a Cup car but they did a limited deal in 1993 with Stanton Barrett's #91 Oldsmobile in the Busch Grand National Series. It was only for a hand full of races with limited backing resulting in limited success....

No-- but they were an Associate Sponser back in the 90s for a few races on Lake Speeds car.

Yes they had a cup car too in 1999 for a couple of races. Morgan shepherd drove.
