1/2 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup sake or dry sherry
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 Tb. fresh grated ginger
2 oranges, halved & squeezed into sauce
toss in orange halves as well
Bring to boil over medium heat, simmer for 5 minutes.
let cool, and use as marinade or basting sauce

Teriyaki Sauce Recipe - Japanese Recipe
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup *mirin (sweet rice wine) (soy sauce : mirin = 1:1)
2 tbsp sugar
Pour all ingredients in a pan. Stir the mixture well. Put the pan on low heat and simmer for a couple of minutes. Remove from the heat and cool the mixture. Store the sauce in a clean bottle in the fridge.
