These days you hear all sorts of people trying to convert you to their point of view whether its politics religion or science. Is it more important to self evaluate these beliefs, or is it more important to gather a following for a set of beliefs?

If you totally incorporate your beliefs into your Being and fully become the embodiment of them, This is the only way to expose someone else to It. It's not in the words but in the example.

Scrutinizing your own beliefs is essential to developing faith. Self-awareness is very important. I have found, as a Christian, that I have become much more aware of my own faults and have a greater desire to live a life closer to God every day.

Saying that, I then became more concerned with the mandate of Christians, which is to try to spread the word of Jesus Christ and His sacrifice to others in hope they will come to know Him as their Savior. That is all that matters in this life, and it definitely matters in the hereafter.

as long as you think its right and you're not going out to hurt people who think you're wrong, then you go right on ahead. believe what you will, but dont try to shove it on others. i'd say not only is it completely irrelevant whether or not you have followers (because thats not your faith), but i'd say the only thing ANYone should worry about is what THEY believe.
