It is an allegorical story of two adulterous sisters. Read it in the New International Version and see how graphic it is. It describes men who have "genitals like donkeys and whose emission was like horses" (verse 20). Also describes their nakedness.
Remember, this is all allegorical. It describes Israel and Judah and how they turned away from God.
