Probably so by about 10-15 pounds, unless you're an athelete. If you're a couch potato, you're in the normal-average category, but that's just because more and more people are becoming overweight instead of healthy weight.

That depends on the shape of your body, and how fit you are.

I'm a 6'3" guy and I weigh 215#. I'm fairly fit. I'm tall, and fairly thin.

Comparing yourself to a chart just based on height and weight is misleading.

Part of it depends on your build. I'm 5'8" and 140 pounds and I'm not overweight. I have a pretty thin frame.

Depends where the weight is at. If you are top heavy... guys like that. Most likely yes.... You should check your BMI at the below website.

if your musclar then no.
if your soft, then yeah you should aim to lose about 10 pounds. but thats easy
as lnog as you feel hot though!!!
