I just mean in heaven all will be pure love and neverending joy. Even though I enjoy life there is always this ennui with all things that pass.
God only remains the same.

The Apostle Paul had those feelings, PHILIPPIANS 1:

21) "For to me to live is Christ, and to die is GAIN".

23) "For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire
to depart, and to be with Christ; WHICH IS FAR
BETTER::::"

24) "Nevertheless to abide in the flesh is more needful
FOR YOU".

Absolutely, it's a sin. God created you and loves you. Only He can/should decide when He will bring you home. (It's also a sin to commit suicide.)

EDIT: Oh, ok, maybe I read more into that than is there; I just read your 2nd add. I can understand where you're coming from. Heaven will be so much better than here. But we do have this great life that God has blessed us with. I love my life as it is now too. And we have an important purpose here on earth to spread the Good News. Just remember that God will get you through any trials that you come across.

Yes. Because whenever I have thought anything like that, I grieve the Holy Spirit. I mean if one is concidering suicide. They are believing lies of the devil somehow, or are in unforgiveness. And if unforgiveness, it is best not to die right then. The devils lies & unforgiveness doesn't go to heaven with us. And there isn't the rewards that Jesus wanted to give us either. When we do works rooted in faith, hope love, etc; founded on Gods Word, then this is also eternal rewards. Jesus wants to give us great rewards. There is much to do hear on earth as a human. Jesus shed His blood to atone for our sins so we can be close to God today.

So? To pray to God in spirit & truth today. To delight in Gods love & Gods Word today. And yes to be absent from this body is to be present with the Lord. So? Also, we can be with God when we pray in spirit & truth today also. Be in the Spirit.

Also, to consider that we have been baptised unto his death also. His blood washed away our sins. And we raised up a new spiritman in Christ. We die to the flesh lusts daily. And choose to follow after the fruits of the Holy Spirit. We make this choice daily. The Holy Spirit won't force us.

Dying will only get you dead! You must be alive to connect to a life force. Is it a sin to wish for death? Some would say it is symptom of mental illness like depression.

Or delusion, when a person believes that their dying will help you cozy up to a deity.

I think so. God had much more to say about this life in the Bible than He did life in heaven. Since it's already been established in the Bible that man kind can never earn salvation, then obviously He did not put us here to 'test' us. He must have another reason and I think the reason is unique to each life. What is true for my life is unique to me and so to yours. Some people never live up to their potential and fulfill the meaning and purpose for their lives. Sad to me. Jesus came to give us 'abundant life' here on earth. That passage does not refer to heaven but to our life here. Obviously He wants us to have abundant life here and now.

And the Bible says He is not far from any of us. So we can be close to Him here too. The flip side of that verse says it's our sins that separate us from God. If we are not close to Him here on earth we'll never get close to Him in heaven.

if you believe in God and , love him so much, then you need to realize that god has a plan for your life, you are meant to be on earth for a certain amount of time because you just like everyone else have a purpose. although life here on earth maybe shitty(to say the least) at times, it is still worth living, as long as you live a good moral life, you will get to heaven one day, when its your time. God will always be there, waiting for you, but he wants you to live out his plan, his purpose. you need to enjoy every moment God gives you, every breath of fresh air, every moment, every sunshine, every rain. every minute of your life is meant to be. DESTINY. wishing you were dead so you sould be in heaven IS A SIN. you have a life here that you need to live, pray to God instead to make your time here better and more worth living if u dont feel it isnt, pray for God to give you peace in your heart and to show you your purpose.... many people at times have felt like you do now...but trust me, if God thought ur time here was done, youd be gone... no mater how bad it gets, you will get through it, pray for the strength and the determination to.... the trials in yourlfe are a test, and in the end they will teach yoyou stronger..,.
just have faith

I am not sure if it is a sin, but I know it is selfish. You have family and friends who love you. You impace someones life wether you know it or not. To die just to be in heaven is a selfish move. If you believe in God, then believe he put you here for a reason, not just to kill yourself. If he wanted you with him at the time then he would have kept you in heaven. You have a mission and you are here because it is not complete!

Nope, Paul often felt that way. He said he would rather be the Lord.

Killing oneself or wishing oneself dead however, is quite a different matter. We are to learn to face our problems HEAD ON, not to run from them. It takes courage to live in the face of adversity. God promises to Be our STRENGTH in times of trouble and to make His power manifest in our weaknesses.

LIVE for God....it has eternal rewards! Great perks too.
