The other day this girl and I met at an intersection of a hallway in an office building we both work and exchanged glances with each other. I had to stop for a second and she went on ahead of me but she turned around and looked back at me as she was walking. There was no one else around so she was only looking at me. Would you say she was attracted and interested?

It's possible that she was attracted to you and turned around to see if you were looking at her. Or she could have been looking at your a**. In either case you should have looked at her, made eye contact, give her a wink and smiled. That usually make a girl smile back if she's interested in you.

Ummm..... she could be. Or maybe she was admiring something you had on or thought you were a nice guy. I don't know. But if she is attracted to you, she will see you again. She will come around you again for another glance. Just be ready.

Too little information. She could have looked at you for a number of reasons, including the exact opposite of what you think. Attraction simply isn't this simple. Keep dreaming, and if you see her again talk to her!

Well if you turned to look at her as she turned to check you you, you should have winked and then smiled, if she smiled back, then she could possibly be interested in you.
