Crock Pot Beef
2 lbs stew meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 cans whole mushrooms or pieces
1/2 cup water
Cook in crock pot on low for 6-8 hours.
Serve over hot rice

Pepper Steak (Crock Pot)
I know this has a lot of items in it, but it is soooo good
2 lbs boneless beef chuck steaks
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 yellow onion, sliced in rings
1 green pepper, julienned
1 red pepper, julienned
1 fresh tomato, diced
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Cut chuck steak into julienned strips, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper and saute with the chopped garlic and pepper flakes in the tablespoon of olive oil until lightly browned.
Transfer the chuck steak to a large crock pot. Mix the 3 tablespoons of flour with the beef broth and pour on top of meat. Add the Teriyaki sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tomato and brown sugar. Stir well and cook on high for two hours. After two hours of cooking on high, add the onion and peppers, turn heat down to low and cook for an additional 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice or buttered egg noodles.

I like to make a soup called "cocido" with stew meat. I cook the meat in a big pot with water and salt, pepper, garlic and a touch of oregano. I add cabbage right from the start. When the cabbage gets a little transparent, I add quarted potatoes, and diced italian squash - then later canned slicedcarrots, stewed tomatoes, canned green beans, and frozen small corn on the cobs. It's delicious, nourishing and has a lot of vitamins.

Flour stew meat and cook in skillet for 3 minutes, just to simmer the edges.

Put in crockpot, stew meat, potatoes, onions, carrots, peas and celery. Also add two packets of gravy mix with 3 cups of water. Cook slow for 8 hours on low or 6 hours on high.

The gravy will thicken and it's great. My husband eats 3/4 of the stew himself.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNGLJ

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
