Be careful because you sound like you have a very distorted image of yourself. Size 0 is NOT healthy. Did you know that the experts say that's the size of an average 7 year old? You are worry far too much about your image. Get a grip on reality and remember that most HEALTHY girls are on average a size 10-12. P.S. Are you sitting on a dolls chair?! Seriously you need to concentrate on putting on weight.

The "fat" on your legs and butt is muscle, not fat. Desides, every human being needs to have some amount of fat on their body in order to live - even the most extreme athletes need at least 3-4% body fat. A healthy adult female has about 20-25% body fat; she wouldn't have any breasts or buttocks otherwise. Even a very skinny adult female like myself has 17-19%.
You can't "shave" off fat, and no doctor in the world would perform liposuction on a teenager who had barely started her growth, much less one who is clinically underweight.
If you don't believe me, ask your doctor or school nurse to do a simple body fat analysis on you. They will measure exactly how much of your body is fat and tell you if you are in a normal range for your age and height. I dare you to then tell them you think you are fat.

You are NOT fat. I was once a young girl who felt fat despite everyone telling me I was skinny, so believe me, I know how you are feeling. I would look down at my thighs when I was sitting and see tons of fat, and I couldn't stop thinking about how to get rid of it. But, trust me, what you see when you look at yourself is NOT what everyone else sees; you and your friend are very thin girls.
I recommend that you immediately talk to your parents, a counselor, a teacher, or an adult you trust. What you are going through is normal, but you need help to figure out why you are having these thoughts. If the adult you talk to does not listen to you or take you seriously, find another adult who will.

You may have a serious identity disorder. You are not comfortable with yourself. You are thin and you may need to seek some help with a counselor. Girls your age often get serious eating disorders and end up hurting themselves. You are fine speak to your parents and your health care professional. Learn to love yourself accentuate the positive. You sound like a very beautiful young woman to me, you just need some positive feed back.

Sounds like you don't need to lose weight. Just do some exercises to firm up the muscles. Like bit of jogging, cycling, trampolining etc but keep eating as you normally do. You don't need to diet just do bit of exercise for your legs, butt and eat normally and healthily.

How about taking a break from thinking about your appearance and concentrating on improving your language and writing skills?
I don't mean this in a nasty way, but you are fussing about something totally unimportant. Educate yourself and find something worthwhile to worry about.

You have problems.
Size is not the biggest problem - learning how to write and use punctuation is your biggest.
