your wearing the ones with a double-ball on each end or a single on each end? if your wearing the double-ball on each end then wear a single. if you have singles in and your breaking them, this means your either buying crappy rings or your biting the plastic, cuz i wear plastic ones too and ive never had one break. make sure your post at least is metal and not plastic. try getting your rings from www.freakrings.com they're cheap and really good, the only problem ive ever had is the ones with the jewels in the middle, the jelwel will fall out if you wear it continually. but really, if you play with it or bite or chew it your better off not having one cuz your just gonna keep wasting money on rings, plus, plastic or metal, it will still hurt your teeth either way if you chew on it.

You need acrylic not plastic then. It's stronger and not as harsh as metal. Still be careful about chipping your teeth. Plastic keeps turning and you strip the threads then they break. I've used plastic balls on my piercings and always had that problem. Ask a piercing shop about balls that will work and where you can get them. Hope you get it figured out, finding ends that work is always a pain.

I hear that the plastic balls on any tongue ring, belly, ear anything always break. You'll just have to keep buying new ones or go to metal.

what do you mean "they break up your teeth fast" i had my tongue with two piercings in it for 6 years and never got a broken or chipped tooth and i wore metal bars and balls the entire time. you are probably playing with it too much and the plastic is just not made to stand up to that much damage that you are causing with your teeth.

♥ Have you tried to see why they are breaking? Is it because you play with them [[ie:bite on them]] or do they just break outta the blue? You should make sure that you are cleaning them and that you are not building up nasty stuff on them because that can cause them to break quickly! Also if you try to screw them too tightly not only will you strip it but you will also break them. I'd try the cleaning technique... otherwise if they are just breaking outta the blue then I suppose you'll have to keep buying new ones. Good Luck!
