ZSNES and Vista?

Question

I can't get ZSNES to work with Windows Vista! I usually use the DOS version and it's not working. When I use the Win version, it won't go full-screen! How do I fix this?

DOS programs often don't work right under NT-based Windows. I had trouble with ZSNES under XP, too. If you absolutely MUST use the DOS version, check out DOSBox:

As for the Windows version, have you tried running it under a compatibility mode? Right-click the application, select "Properties", and go to the compatibility tab.

I was always more of a Snes9X guy, anyway.
