I have a Nikon Coolpix L2 camera. Is there any type of lense or any accersories to make the picture quality better?

It would help to know what is wrong with the picture quality. If there is motion blur, maybe a tripod would help. If the lens is smudged, get a lens cleaning kit. You can also get books on improving your photography, or take a class.

There may be "add on" lenses but its unlikely they will improve your picture quality. Most often they degrade the picture quality.
