Yes, it sounds like you do. It sounds like you have a less common form of bulimia. You should get some help. Not all bulimics throw up. some over exercise some others binge for days then fast for days.

Hi Jessica. I highly recommend that you go to the link I'm providing below. The link features an entire page of information on eating disorders. An eating disorder is not something you want to mess around with as it can get very serious very quickly. Your weight right now is way below what your normal healthy weight should be. Your BMI at your height and weight is only 15.6. A normal BMI is 18.5 to 24.9. Please read the material in the link below and if you feel that you may have an eating disorder you really should see a doctor before it gets worse. I wish you luck and please feel free to email me with any questions, and I will try and send you more information if you need it. Take care.

That sounds like Anorexia. You need to see a therapist and find out why the thought of food will make you sick and yet at times you will binge....

My mother had anorexia and she died 3 years into it. You should know that when your body does not get the proper nutrients that all of your internal organs will begin to shut down. First my mother's kidneys failed and then her heart. You are taking a big risk by not eating and you need to get some help.

at first glance it sounds like you have an eating disorder.. specifically bulima.. bulimics binge and purge. purging isnt just throwing up, its doing whatever to get rid of something.. so in this case food. it can be laxitives, fasting/not eating, throwing up, diet pills, anything.
but you have to really think about this darling. is there a reason food is disgusting to you? is there a fear that youll gain weight or is there a fear that your too fat or anything along those lines? do you feel like you have control or do you feel like you need control?
techinically speaking, an eating disorder has some sort of psychological/emotional impact on yourself. however it can be tricky since you may have one and just not notice it.

but just speaking in terms of your health, your not at a healthy weight. i know that you know this of course. but there definatly has to be something done.. even if you have a nutritional drink every day to get your calories up, or at least take a multivitamin.. something to keep your body healthy.. it could save your life.

what i suggest is speaking with your doctor. whether this feels like a big deal or no to you, its impacting your health. no one will be angry at you if you think u have an e/d... so dont be scared to speak with a doctor. they can help you in more ways then one. for example, diagnose you with an e/d or maybe theyll just tell you you have abnormal eating habits and refer you to a nutritionist. or really, maybe theres something physically wrong with you.. either way. . the doctor knows best.

i wish you good luck darling! i hope everything works out

Binge eating is terrible for your health. You need to stop doing this to yourself and start eating healthy.

Yes, from what you have explained, it does sound like you do have some type of disorder. You need to seek help immediately before the condition gets out of your control, which it sounds like it may be starting to happen. It is not healthy for your body, what you are doing.
