I saw a diet in either Woman's World or Womens Weekly. It was an issue from around the first week of September, give or take. It was more of a plan that showed healthy eating choices. It gave options for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It gave a list of exercises to pick from each day. It also let you spend "bonus" points on certain indulgences, such as a small Frosty from Wendy's. I cannot find my copy of the magazine. Does anyone have a copy of this or do you know where I could order a back issue of this magazine?

If it was Women's World, you can acquire a back issue by mailing $2.50 to :
Woman's World Back Issue Dept.
270 Sylan Avenue
Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632

If you need additional help, you can call them at:
201-569-0006 ext. 220

Or email at:

I have several issues of Woman's World here but, unfortunately, not the one your want or I would mail it to you. I found all this information in one of the issues I have. Good luck!

Was it this program?

From what you are describing it sounds like it, offering exercises you can do while you watch tv, and other easy things like that to encourage your diet while you live your life.
