(I'm just asking once more to get more opinions.)
A word document with the picture, link, and price of things + a list of promotional codes you can use to get discounts. Nothing over $50.
Is it too presumptuous?
I'm trying to make it easy for my family because I never ask for anything and now I'm trying the opposite.
My family is always asking for a list and sometimes I ask for so little or I'm so vague, they end up buying identical things for me. They also don't know me very well.
Should leave off the price from the list? I thought it would be easy to put the price for them so they don't have to sit and click links all day.

EDIT: It's not that they don't know me, they just don't know my taste very well. They are also generally laid back people.

I still like the idea - and I would put WAY more things than you ever expect to get - - give them dozens of ideas in many price ranges. Again this works for family - but no one else.
And of course communicate to them why you are doing it and tell them you gave way more items than you would ever expect so that you can still be surprised with your gifts.
You might also suggest they do the same.

My family request Christmas lists for my children every year. I list their clothing sizes and items needed or wanted. I try to be general so my children do not look picky, but some times you have to be specific. I think that if you family requested a list then you should list the items and adding the link is great too if you think they might get the wrong thing. I would however, leave off the prices.

The reason listing prices is tacky is it looks like you're tracking the prices.
As though, with prices, you'res saying "so how much money am I worth to you?"
It just violates the principle that the recipient is completely oblivious of the price.
If they keep begging you for a list, then list the things. Not the codes or money.
(Get you things identical to what? Things you already have? Duplicates?)

just give your family a simple list of some stuff you want. do not put the price on or codes or links or anything. then they can go out and get it and pretend you do not know how much it cost.

I would include the links so they can see EXACTLY what you want, but take the prices off of the list. It's tacky.

If it is family then its okay to make a list like this, but it is considered rude to display a price for a gift.
for example:
iPod $199.99 (BAD)
iPod is one of the things i would like (GOOD)
It is also rude for a gift to have a price label on it. So if you buy something, make sure to scratch out the price tag or remove it completely!

I think that's fine, provided your family asked for a list. My husband's family always does lists at Christmas so that people know their specific wishes. It works out pretty well.

If you're talking about suggestions for Christmas gifts and that sort of thing, I don't see anything wrong with that, especially when they've asked you for a list. It's easy to shop for gifts for children, but as we get older and lose interest in toys it gets more and more difficult to shop for gifts. I wish I could convince my parents to give me a list. They're very difficult to shop for.

I think it's a good idea. I unfortunately only see my family once a year and get something wierd from my grand dad. He's the only one gets me anything. My mom told me I should just tell them what I want. it worked. I got the new chess board I needed per the exact specs I sent.
It's a great idea.. do it up

I think it will be a nice thing for your family to have a nice change form your usual shy response to what you wish for. Good luck and best wishes.
