Kevin Federline just won babies from their mother (Britney)?!?

My that must have been some evidence to cost her 2 babies and a ton of support $$$ -- and by the way WHERE ARE BRITNEY'S PARENTS not to take the BABIES rather than lose them to K-Fed?

In most custody battles, both parents have to be declared unfit before the grandparents are awarded sole custody of the children. That means that if Britney Spears' mom wanted to appeal the court's decision to award custody to K-Fed, she'd have to come up with some concrete evidence of him being an unfit father so the court would make the children a ward of the state and adopt them out to her parents. This only happens in extreme cases when both parents are so messed up that neither of them can take care of a child, but it sounds like K-Fed has really put his daddy pants on lately, LOL.

The father gets the kids before grandparents unless the fahter is deemed unfit. The evidence is all over the news for a year. Drug use child endagerment (the car seat incident) neglect every knows she is a bad mother or at least is not ready to take care of them now. yes she will pay child support and it will be high because it is a precentage of your income not a set amount

Brit lost you children because she did not sign the court order as requested by the judge, did not sign up for parenting classes and did not submit to drug/alcohol testing. That is why the judge gave Kevin the kids. It had nothing to do with testing positive it had everything to do with the fact she failed to obey a court order and arrange for everything I mentioned above. And all this came to light when the judge that ordered all this saw Brittany online driving Sean P around when the order stated that Kevin NOR Britt could drive the children without a valid California license (of which neither has)

Now seriously dont we as parents have more important things to worry about other then someone elses life? I read this on AOL when I logged in to check my mail I did NOT search it out.

Kevin did no longer preserve the two toddlers he has via Shar Jackson. Kevin won't be able to preserve himself, no longer to show those 2 toddlers. i think of he would desire to in basic terms get what he offered into the marriage, all of us understand that wasn't lots. Texas angel, don't insult people when you obviously read the article because it intrigued you too. We judge everyone in this world each other, celebrities, you name it. Yes, those kids don't have much of a chance. She didn't care enough about them to make them a priority to keep and raise. Unfortunately, I think Britney is suicidal and this may end very badly.

K-Fed is the children's father and therefore next-of-kin.
If he were deceased, then yes - they would become the responsibility of the maternal grandparents - Britney's parents.

It drives me crzy too! I hardly believe he will be any better of a parent, the best thing for those babies is to be put up for adoption have there names changed, and there history kept private so that they may live a private unbothered normal life with a family that loves them... I know it won't happen but it's worth a thought. famous people drive me crazy!
