Did you know that different translations of the New Testament are based on separate Greek manuscripts? If the Greek differs, certainly the English is not going to be uniform.
When there is more than one possible translation of a word or phrase, it will appear in the footnotes. For example Paul writes in Romans about 'pre-destination' in the KJV. The footnote gives an alternative term 'fore-ordination'. The latter term is more in keeping with other Scripture such as in Jerimiah 1:5. While Calvinists may believe that only an elect few were chosen to be saved, they do not actually embrace the doctrine of pre-mortality. In my study, if I recognize there is an alternative, I am able to get closer to the meaning of the Bible.

Okay, I am in agreement with Dionysis...but I fail to see how Mormonism is the false religion as you claim. Uh...last I heard, murder was still bad, God doesn't harden hearts and we should be nice to the earth. What's wrong with that???

The thing people need to realize is that we don't think the bible is false or incorrect...just some doctrine was left out or not clearly explained... Joseph Smith translated or corrected some of these verses in the bible, not the whole bible.
You were given a link - I think it is to the JST (Joseph Smith Translations) read some of them. You will notice most are just a further explanation of the verse.
We would probably claim the same thing about the Book of Mormon, if it had been translated as many times as the bible.
That's just my opinion.

Find a KJV that has Joseph Smith translations and you'll kind of get an idea of some of them.

All the ones that have been retranslated by Joseph Smith. He translated all those that we originally translated incorrectly, and wrote them as they were originally written. All the rest of the King James Version of the Bible is correct.
Dionysus posted the link to the sections.
